At our state-of-the-art testing facilities in Anaheim, California, Kunkle Valve Services specializes in conducting
functional testing on the Kunkle 330/330S valves. We are accredited by the National Board of Boiler Pressure Vessel Inspectors (VR #215, T/O #1374) and source parts directly, enabling us to test, rebuild, convert, and change pressure settings on any Emerson Kunkle 330 or 330S valve.
We are quality-driven and customer-focused and are the only ones that specialize in testing and rebuilding Kunkle 330/330s valves used in conjunction with ASME storage cylinders. Our customers trust us and our experience in delivering Cal/OSHA-compliant valves. Our technicians adhere to our quality and technical standards, polices, and procedures in the execution of their duties.
Our services include compliance testing and certification, valve rebuilds, and new valves. Our prices are reasonable and we pass along significant savings to our customers with our rebuilds.
New Kunkle 330/330S valves have a factory warranty of 60 days. Our rebuilt valves are guaranteed to pass their first annual test or we will rebuild it for the cost of the test. Valves must be sent to Kunkle Valve Services for annual testing within 13 months of purchase to qualify.
California is under the guidelines dictated by Cal/OSHA, and requires all cylinders used in a permanent
installation be manufactured to ASME specifications. Each valve must have an ASME-approved valve that is to be removed and tested every year. The only valve approved for this service is the Emerson Kunkle 330 & 330S.
Not only is this a requirement per Cal/OSHA, it is also required by insurance companies in California. Insurance companies want their clients to adhere to all Cal/OSHA rules and regulations, not just a selected few.
